Welcome!
Hello and Welcome to WCM2! We are a little new and have just now opened! Congratulations! So we've been open since June 23rd 2009!!! So a lot of High Positions are open and spots are needing to be filled! So I'll keep a list of the positions and our staff! Stay tuned!

Hello, Admin here, sorry I haven't really been on nor even near the computer what-so-ever. Yes I now have summer break and so I'll have time to begin working right away. I've got a summer job and other things to do so I can't be on here daily. I'll try though, but lets say we've got a lot to work on and I've got a busy life! Sorry and thanks for the sympathy from my friends! I'm back on my feet I guess, and I'm right away on working. I'm going to make a list of what's finished and not so you know how far we are! Thankies!

The admin's life is really gone downhill, so bad she is trying to avoid the computer for at most 2 weeks. This is terrible for the site, but she has no are for that because things, including a death have occurred, and she cannot be here nor wants to be. She may come onto the c-box to talk for only 5 minutes at most. Catch while you can. Our secondary admin is also related to the admin, and too is busy. We are holding this site to the hands of Venom temporarily. School is getting out for a 2 1/2 month summer vacation for the two admins, so you can hope they'll be back to get this site ready for opening. Pray/Hope for luck for everyone, and be really nice, the admin may be depressed and/or very angry so be extremely careful of what you say to her. Sorry to give bad news, but I gave the 'summer good' news I guess.
Speaking/Typing of summer, the admin will give a surprise to our site when she returns, she promised!

The chemicals and the traps where set by old twolegs barns. When the day came, birds and cats had been trapped. The poor animals did nothing wrong, and had been put under experimenting. Thankfully it's all good....
The lights go out and the air shivers through you. Suddenly a loud squeal and a bird is killed. The black hawk had it's wings carefully removed as the twolegs dissected it. Ripping it apart and removing the bones, it was sick. Then one came over to my cage and carried me out. So frozen in fear I couldn't move. I looked down on the bloody puddle on the metal table and I expect incredible pain. I see a pinty metal thing on a container filled with an odd colored water. The twoleg holding it got so much closer, it hurt like bloody heck when they jabbed the metal twig in me. Suddenly it was all dizzy and I was out. I remember pain, silence and the squeals of the old hawk. At least they killed me easily. Or did they. The light I see...it's dim, I slowly open my eyes and I'm back in a forest. Wait, back in the forest?!
My back is heavy, too heavy, it's hard to stand up. I feel like I have hind legs attached to my back. Ugh, HOLY CRAP!!! I have something, I can move whatever is on my back, is that...flapping? I turn around, all I see is large black wings attached to my back, and I can move them. Wow...let's see, I'm flapping harder and...MOUSE FISH PREY SKIP!!!! I'M FLYING!!!! I'm the only one! This is going to be fun...

FOLLOW THESE RULES!!!!

THE BASICS
1.) When there is an announcement, be quiet or be banned.
2.) No advertising, cursing,
3.) NO asking/giving of any personal information at all.
4.) Respect - No fighting, insulting, back-talking, lie-spreading, etc.
5.) No impersonation of anyone what-so-ever and no 'JK' things!
6.) No asking for higher spots!!!!!
IN DETAILS
1.) The Announcements! Only admins and mods that have admin permission are allowed to make announcements! When this happens, all must be silent, not even () and faces are allowed. NOTHING. Any who aren't silent get banned until it is over! Do not get mad if you did it by accident. They all must unban you after words so please stay online so you can be un-banned!

2.) No Clutter Rule! We do not want you advertising, spamming or being ignorant. Spamming includes: tons of random letters, more than 2 smiles each enter, all caps, etc. If it's not needed it's clutter! We don't like any advertising, and that will get your site into troubles, if your site is affiliated/advertised with us, it will be removed for a month. No all caps is permitted often. If you are announcing something (admin/mod) it's okay. As for being angry, just calm down a little, or add extra exclamation marks and an angry yelling face ( D^:< , D< ).

3.) Personal Rights! No asking personal information at all!!! This is the internet, and safety is strongly advised!!! Not even your name is okay! Telling people your gender or what continent (Notice I said continent, not states, cities, address, county, whatever!). Never give out phone numbers or home addresses! Never ask any information out of anyone! This will get you kicked only once then instant-ban!

4.) Respecting! I don't care if you are a guest, mod, admin, or even just a member, you must respect everyone equally! NO insults, back-talking, cursing, and no fighting. If you have a fight going on, either leave this site or get it solved in the right board! If any site comes on here to cuss us out, mods and admins I give you permission to immediately ban them without a kick! If a member or another single person comes here to cuss-us-out or destroy us, instant banning is allowed. We respect and are kind to everyone unless you break the rules, GOT IT?!! Good.

5.) NO FAKING! If you are impersonating you will be instantly banned without a warning! If a member you will be banned from our site for a while! This is not prohibited at all at this site! Not allowed to fake the insulting either. Like insulting or being cruel and then just saying, "Jusk Kididng" (JK) or "No offense", and if they get mad don't say "Can't you just take a joke?". This isn't just a joke, it can be cruel to many! You will get a single warning on this! This would also be breaking the respecting rule! That's two rules broken at once, not a smart idea!

6.) STOP ASKING!!! I should bite your heads off!!! No asking for any moderator or admin spots!!! On the c-box or the site. NONONONONOOOO!!!! We will only kick you once, then it's a ban! No asking for a Leader/Deputy/MC/MCA positions at all! We may even ban you from the site if we are constantly having to tell you NO. No guilt-trips, whining, freaking out or whatever. You have to actually work for the things you get here! We aren't going to just spoil you!!
